Just Feeling

Our new application is called Just Feeling.

It's an application related with human emotions through virtual reality.

The aim is to control emotions. There are some questions to determine your mood. From this dynamic test you can find different options for resolution or relaxation, and for working better your emotions.

The different able options in the app are viewing an animation related to the four moods you could have: Ire, Euphoria, Scary and Sadness, and tips or self-helps that you could use daily.

SADNESS

​

Progressive relaxation

Mode of identifying muscles in tension and relaxing them.

It has to be done sitted with the head upheld. They tense for 7 seconds and then get relaxed.

 

Breathing

Lie down with a separation between legs and arms and close the eyes. Put your hands on your abdomen and observe its movement. Breathe deeply through your nose until you feel its movement satisfactory.

Meditation

It’s important to stay in a place in silence with a comfortable position. You need to choose an object and you need to concentrate in it. You need to have a passive behavior.

Stop thinking

Relax and don’t think in anything.

​

Rejection of absurd ideas

Don’t think in anything that can make you being stressed or something problematic.

​

Nutrition

Eat different food.

Ideal weight.

Avoid fats.

Avoid alcohol and coffee.

Exercice

Do controlled exercise every day. Aerobic or low intensity exercise. For 30 to 50 minutes daily.
